You can submit applications directly to an App Gallery using the app submission flow. Anyone can submit an application using these simple steps.
Finding the Submit Button
If you find yourself on the homepage of an App Gallery, there should be a link to submit an application at the top right of the navigation. This will bring you to the application submission dashboard.
Finding An Application
From the submission dashboard you can search for applications across the iOS (iPhone, iPad & Mac OSX), Android and HTML5 OpenAppMkt platforms. You can also add Web Apps, Websites and other applications through the additional options.
Submitting Your App
Once you've found the application you want to submit, simply click the 
button and it will be sent to the App Gallery's Submission Queue.
From here an App Gallery administrator can approve or reject your submission.
