Appstores gives App Gallery admins the means to curate and showcase applications from across any platform. Through this tutorial you will learn how to add apps to your App Gallery, edit existing apps and removing apps.
Getting Started
Using the App Curation Tool: We built a tool to help you find relevant apps for your audience. We pull directly from the iOS, Android and HTML OpenAppMkt through the use of their open API's. Adding apps are as simple as selection and specification, and will help you create rich content for your users within minutes. Learn how to use the app curation tool >>
Adding Apps Manually: The manual app creation tool can be used when you need to add apps outside of the iOS, Android and HTML5 OpenAppMkt platforms. This gives you the means to add web sites, web apps, browser extensions, file downloads, plugins, etc. Learn how to manually add apps >>
Managing App Submissions: You can let your users submit applications directly to your App Gallery through the App Submission feature. Users can submit apps from multiple different platforms. Once an app is submitted, you can contact the submitter, test the app and eventually approve/reject the app. Learn how to manage your submissions >>
Editing Existing Apps: Live application pages have title, description and screenshots by default; although App Gallery admins can add additional content to these pages. Add your own editorial review, 1-5 star rating, add/remove it from taxonomies and add a video embed to your apps through the edit menu. Learn how to edit your apps >>
Deleting Apps: As you continue to grow your content, there will always be apps that you no longer want in your Gallery. Deleting an application will remove it from your Gallery forever, although you can choose to re-add it at a later date. Learn how to delete apps >>
This covers the basics of app curation, editing and management.
